Frequently Asked Questions:


  • Is this a rental or will I own the signs? This is a rental. When you book a yard sign, you are purchasing a 1-day rental. You may upgrade to a 2-day rental if you wish for an additional $35.

  • How much advanced time is needed before I schedule? Our yard sign rentals fill up quickly. Reserve your spot now, before it's too late!

  • How long do the yard cards stay on my lawn? 20-24 hours. We will install your yard card starting between the arrival window of sunset (the night prior to your rental) to sunrise (the morning of your rental). The exact time may vary depending on how many setups we have for the night. We will pickup between 9pm-6am the night of your display date if you have a standard 1-day rental.  

  • Is there any special preparations I need to do in advance? We kindly ask you to water the lawn for 15-30 minutes on the day of the setup, this will make the signs go into the ground much easier and make for a top-notch display. *If it's in the winter, we kindly ask that you shovel your sidewalk.

  • What happens if the weather is bad? Luckily, the signs are waterproof and very durable, but in the event of some inclement weather, we may not be able to set up your yard card signs. This could happen if lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds, and any other Act of God occur. We will first attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide you a full refund. 

  • Can I take the signs down myself? No, we will do this for you. It is included in your experience.  Our yard cards are set up and removed in a special way to avoid damage to the signs and ensure you receive the best possible experience. If you want your sign removed early, just reach out and we can make accommodations.


By Placing An Order With Card Yard Magic, You Agree To:

  • Please clean up all dog poop prior to your yard card setup.

  • Turn off sprinklers the night of your yard card setup, and the full day of your display.

  • Postpone lawn services for the day of your display

  • An adult who lives in the home we are installing must be aware of the agreement to set up the display.

  • We kindly ask that everyone remain inside the home while we install the yard cards.

  • Refunds will not be given if an incorrect address is provided by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for damage to sprinklers or lawn items in the area requested for the display.

  • The placement of the yard card display is determined by the Card Yard Magic team.

  • If an item has moved due to the wind, please call us at (219) 232-8140. You are responsible if anyone moves remove, and damages any part of the display ($20/per sign). We kindly as that the display not be touched.

  • In the scenario that Card Yard Magic needs to cancel due to inclement weather, we will refund you 100%. It is up to Card Yard Magic to determine what weather will not allow for installation. If within 24 hours of the installation, the predicted winds are going to exceed 20 mph, we will give you the option of having the full display staked low to the ground or provide you a refund.

  • Cancellations by you within 48-72 hours will be refunded 100% of payment. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the display date.
